I saw it on Corallista blog few days ago and it tempted me to buy this. I decided to buy one at first to analyze it. There are three variants of this lip moisturizer: Alma vanilla and inges lavender, Puerto berry blush, and Cherry blossom Flores (click on the links to check their website). I am reviewing Cherry blossom Flores.
It is an Indian company based out of goa (marketing division only). The manufacturing unit it says is in Himachal Pradesh under Astaberry info sciences Pvt Ltd. It may be a subsidiary of Astaberry skincare.
On point! Very cute and tropical life inspired. It resembles theBalm and Benefit packaging. It comes in a tube like the Himalaya lip balm back in 2006 – 2007. The slanted tip makes direct application easy. Provides 14 gm of product.
100% natural. It is petroleum free and non-toxic lip moisturizer.
It was comfortably slow. It took around 5-6 days to arrive.
When I had dehydrated lips it took about one hour to actually hydrate my lips. Oil like feeling irritates me especially when summers are kicking in. After it is absorbed the feeling lasts and lips become quite soft. The color given is very subtle, giving your lips a ‘my lips but better’ feeling.
It is good for my night time skin care. Although the smell is good on lips but in the mouth, it feels synthetic to me (not a very nice feeling). During the morning hours with or, without makeup, I will avoid it. I will be soon coming out with the DIY quick absorbing version so stay tuned.
YES, for night time application. It has a lot of anti-aging qualities. It can keep the aging lines on lips under control. Big NO for day time. Very oily. You can taste the fragrance in your mouth while eating which does not make me feel good.
